Qualification: MBA/PGDM or Graduate with relevant experience
Age: 30-45 years
Language: English, Hindi, Local Language Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies for financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Dealer Development , Distributor Appointment and Channel sales Management.

• Identify business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Attend business meetings and assist in new product launches.
• Address business challenges and provide solutions.
• Conduct market research and manage client relationships.
• Maintain sales records and ensure after-sales support.
• Build and develop the sales team.
• Strong leadership, brand management, and computer skills preferred.
