Strategic Assistant to Founder

This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder in strategic planning, project management, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Coordinate daily operations, meetings, and communications on behalf of the Founder.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for investors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Track goals, deadlines, and deliverables across departments to ensure accountability.
  • Represent the Founder professionally in select meetings and brand engagements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and enable the Founder to operate more effectively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, or similar).
