Job Description

Role Overview: As LRQA's Strategic Account Manager, your role will involve developing and winning new business opportunities with existing and target strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with key individuals in client accounts, leading the strategic sales priorities and implementation for accounts to maximize revenue delivery and growth. Your tasks will also include introducing new products and services to the LRQA portfolio, supporting strategic bids, and being the local lead for colleagues" accounts where geographical support is needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a selection of strategic accounts and work towards winning business from a target group of logos with an annual combined revenue value, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and new logo wins - Develop and deliver strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure continual development of each client's business focus and strategy - Manage client pipelines to meet targets, engage with colleagues to maximize opportunities, and ensure accuracy of values, sales stages, and closure timelines - Prepare and deliver account plans to prioritize opportunities, marketing support, and team efforts for driving growth - Manage contract renewals, minimize business loss risks, and secure contracts through timely intervention - Identify problems that LRQA can solve for clients via customized solutions and strong market knowledge - Maintain strong market knowledge to open doors for new products and services and contribute to strategic discussions around LRQA business plans and growth objectives - Produce sales and pipeline reports, performance summaries, and project updates for sales meetings and leadership team meetings Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets in a B2B environment with 14-22 years of experience - Proven experience of developing sales solutions for large strategic organizations and selling ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc. - Experience in developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double-digit growth - Fluency in English and at least one other widely used business language - Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior-level audiences - Knowledge of managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including pricing strategies for required margin - Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, to achieve growth strategies and targets - Proficiency in standard IT programs, Salesforce/Microsoft D365, and proprietary software for business processes,
