Stores Executive

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate Store Executive at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

·       Preparation of Indents, GRN, Issue Slip of Material in ERP.

·       Preparation of Material Transfer Note from One Project to another project in ERP.

·       Placing Order of required Aggregate Material to Supplier.

·       Follow up with Vendor & Purchase Department for Indented material.

·       Updating Stock, doing reconciliation & Maintaining Fixed Assets Record in ERP.

·       Taking follow-up from Estimation Department and Purchase Department to streamline the day to day transaction in ERP.

·       Preparation of Weekly Material Pending report with considering Lead Period of material delivery on site.

·       Submission of Monthly Supplier Evaluation form, MIS Report to Purchase Department.

·       Co-ordination with IT personal to discuss Technical Problem arises in ERP software.

·       Day to day Completion of Different kind of Books like day book, stock book & Indent Book.

·       Preparing Checklist of Various Materials as per ISO Requirement.

·       Preparing Manual Indent, GRN, Issue Slip.

·       Receiving all type of construction material on site.

·       Checking Quality, Quantity & Specification of Material received on Site.

·       Helps to Quantity Surveyor in Maintaining & Finalizing Reconciliation Statement of Various Construction activities by providing necessary details.

·       Maintaining account of Fixed Assets & Old stock of material in Register.

Handling Petty cash, making of various vouchers and submission to A/C Dept.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Under Graduate / Diploma in Material Management or related field.

3–7 years of experience in store or material management in real estate or construction.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and ERP/inventory systems.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
