Stores Executive

You will be working as a Stores Executive at ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS in Vadodara, responsible for managing inventory and ensuring efficient store operations. - Oversee the entire stores operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient flow of materials within the facility. - Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excessive inventory costs. - Coordinate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. - Manage warehouse and stock control activities to ensure safe and organized storage of materials. - Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships, negotiating favourable terms and timely deliveries. - Monitor and analyse inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all store operations. - Assist with developing efficient order fulfilment processes to meet customer demands and reduce lead times. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, focusing on maintaining stock accuracy and efficient operations. - Strong expertise in supply chain management to optimize material flow and minimize costs. - Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely. - Experience in stock control techniques, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of inventory data. - Logistics knowledge to manage and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials effectively. - Ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely supply of materials. - Skilled in order fulfilment processes, ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. - Proficient in data analysis to interpret inventory reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
