Job Description

The Stores Executive is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, spare parts, and consumables. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability for production or service operations, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, spare parts, and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system.
Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of materials for easy identification and retrieval.
Prepare and maintain documents such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and Stock Registers.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
Assist in periodic audits and report discrepancies promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
