Senior Manager - Cost & Estimation, Budget

We are hiring for Senior Manager - Cost & Estimation, Budget

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech - Civil Engineering

calculate preliminary estimates for the projects

calculate quantities (RCC to Finishing items)

prepare estimations as per amended drawings as and when needed

coordinate with the consultants / bankers to make them understand the working of estimation

carry out rate analysis of items

carry out reconciliation of estimated items. (actual site execution to estimated)

cross check the site indents

point out category wise contract value / purchase price crossing budgeted cost

do presentation on monthly basis or as required to the management regarding actual v/s. estimated cost of each project

have thorough knowledge of constants / co-efficient

Should have good knowledge of using Autocad, ERP
