Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for a Store Sales Manager. The Store Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, maintain high customer service standards, and lead a team to meet sales targets. The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, creating store displays, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Establishing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and implementing sales strategies to enhance in-store experience are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, team supervision, and ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Sales expertise, including implementing strategies, achieving targets, and handling customer interactions
• Experience in inventory management, store operations, and maintaining compliance with company standards
• Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of retail/design trends, visual merchandising, and creating engaging customer experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in retail management, especially in kitchen and bathroom solutions, is an advantage
