**Job Description** **Role Overview:** You will be leading the day-to-day operations of a Fabuliv store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and team performance. Your role will involve utilizing your product knowledge, selling skills, and basic interior design expertise to assist customers in choosing furniture and dcor items for their spaces. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, creating promotional strategies, and maintaining product displays. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the operations of a Fabuliv store with a focus on sales, customer experience, and team performance - Utilize strong product knowledge and selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right furniture and dcor items - Set sales targets, analyze sales data, and develop promotional strategies - Maintain product displays to enhance the overall store experience - Hire, train, coach, and schedule staff; conduct performance reviews - Provide basic interior guidance including space planning, color/finish selection, and styling - Create a high-energy, customer-first culture in the store - Utilize analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies - Ensure excellent customer service and interpersonal communication - Set and achieve sales targets consistently - Work independently to drive store performance - Previous experience in sales management, retail operations, and staff supervision is required **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in sales management, retail operations, and staff supervision - Ability to deliver consultative selling and personalized recommendations - Proficiency in basic interior guidance such as space planning, color/finish selection, and styling - Proven track record of hiring, training, and managing staff effectively - Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and strategizing - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Capability to work independently and drive store performance - Previous experience in the furniture/home dcor industry is a must,
