Job Description

:

  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Infra & PlottedDevelopment Projects.

  • Should manage all the store documentation work such as Purchase Requisition,PO, GRN, MTC, quantity & quality certification, material reconciliation, etc.

  • Software Skills: ERP, Microsoft office, SAP.

  • Should coordinate with all the contractors/Suppliers/Vendors for timelydelivery of material.

  • Should coordinate with Local agencies for unloading & proper stacking ofmaterials.

  • manage efficient operation of a store's inventory and logistics, ensuringproper handling, storage, and tracking of goods.

  • Inspecting Goods, Verifying the quantity and quality of incoming materialsagainst purchase orders, and documenting any discrepancies or damages.

  • Inventory Management, maintaining accurate records of all incoming andoutgoing goods, including tracking stock levels, identifying slow-moving orobsolete items, and managing reorder points.

  • Documentation - Maintaining comprehensive records of all transactions,generating reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and otherrelevant data.
