Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage overall store operations including inventory, stock replenishment, inbound & outbound logistics
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, health & safety, and statutory regulations
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff performance and discipline
Monitor shrinkage, wastage, expenses, and implement cost-control measures
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and MIS reports
Maintain merchandising standards, product displays, and planograms
Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities
Ensure smooth checkout and cash management processes
