- Primary focus will be on managing the P&L of the store with high moral of the employees working in the store.
- Setting up new systems for inventory planning and store promotion activities
- Initiate new processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Planning the sales and distribution/visibility in the store/DC
managing activities like sales forecasting , stock planning and budgeting.
-Planning sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis-a-vis new and existing products
- Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned
- Plan and strategize with all the functional teams on ways to improve market share
- Initiate local tie-ups with regional/local business entities in order to increase sales and market reach.
- Ensure compliance as per the state and central government rules and regulations for the said business.
- Ensure the implimentation of company policies and procedures in totality.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of goods.
- Foster positive relationship with suppliers and other vendors to enhance the efficiency and visibility of the business as valued brand
