We at Talent Corner HR Services are having an exciting opportunity for one of our client in Mumbai:

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with brand standards and luxury retail guidelines.
Drive sales targets and maximize profitability through effective customer relationship management and upselling.
Deliver exceptional customer experience with personalized styling and in-depth product knowledge of luxury ethnic wear.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals, maintain discipline, and uphold service excellence.
Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory, and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.

Job Specifications:

Minimum 8 yrs experience in retail fashion industry.
Solid experience in Luxury ethnic wear.
