Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team in Palladium, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in high-fashion retail and a strong understanding of Indian retailing and global trends.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager in high-fashion retail.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
