Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead and manage our Rentomojo warehouses specializing in spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and spare parts handling. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the storage, distribution, and organization of spare parts, ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operationsKey Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all spare parts are stored, organized, and easily accessible.Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and proper record-keeping.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of spare parts.Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.Monitor stock levels and lead periodic inventory audits to prevent shortages and overstocking.Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and efficient work processes.Ensure all spare parts are tracked in the system with accurate details (quantity, location, status).Implement and maintain inventory management systems, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar role, with specific experience in managing spare parts and inventory.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with spare parts handling, including proper storage and preservation methods.The candidate should have completed graduationSkills: spare parts,operations,inventory control,store,storage
