Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of automobile spare parts and accessories
Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Implement FIFO/FEFO and other inventory control practices
Liaise with suppliers for procurement of genuine parts
Negotiate prices and payment terms with approved vendors
Supervise, train, and monitor store staff performance
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and documentation requirements
Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with workshop, service, and sales teams for part availability
Handle escalated issues regarding shortages, returns, or replacements
Prepare and analyze inventory and stock movement reports
Suggest process improvements for efficient store operations
Proficient in ERP/store management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of automobile spare parts and accessories
