We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations at our Elante Mall location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and team management
• Drive sales targets and improve overall store performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
• Train, motivate, and evaluate store staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and mall guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Customer-focused mindset with sales-driven approach
