We are looking for a proactive and results-driven BCO to join our team at Elante Mall. The ideal candidate will oversee operational efficiency, drive business growth, and ensure smooth coordination across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure business targets are met
• Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Analyze business performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations
• Support management in implementing strategies and achieving goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail, operations, or business management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
