We are looking for a dynamic and motivated RSO to join our team at Elante Mall. The ideal candidate will drive sales, engage with customers, and ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers and understand their needs
• Promote products and achieve sales targets
• Maintain store appearance and product displays
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
• Support the store team in daily operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
