Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
  
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
  
• Provide detailed information on products (gold, diamond, platinum, etc.), including karat, making charges, certifications, and current offers.
  
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
  
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  

Product Knowledge & Merchandising:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest jewelry collections, promotions, and trends.
  
• Ensure proper display, tagging, and arrangement of jewelry items in showcases.
  
• Assist in inventory checks and restocking of merchandise.
  

Billing & Documentation:

• Assist in billing, packaging, and issuing receipts for purchases.
  
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and daily sales reports.
  
• Ensure all necessary documentation (KYC, sales invoice, warranty card, etc.) is correctly completed.
  

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  
• Participate in customer follow-ups and after-sales service calls.
  
• Support loyalty program initiatives and customer feedback collection.
  

Store Operations & Hygiene:

• Adhere to store operational procedures and security norms.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned counters and store area.
  
• Support in daily opening and closing of the store.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience:

  2 to 6 years in retail sales (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion).

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Fluent in English and local language
  
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
  
• Customer-centric mindset
  
• Basic computer literacy (billing systems, MS Office)
  
• Integrity and attention to detail
