About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our furniture stores in Bangalore and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of driving sales, operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on role, with complete ownership of the store, from sales and team management to inventory, merchandising, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-end management of the store, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.

· Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

· Recruit, train, mentor, and lead store teams to deliver high performance and employee engagement.

· Ensure brand-consistent visual merchandising and in-store presentation.

· Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and implement loss-prevention measures.

· Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to optimize store performance.

· Manage customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.

· Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotions.

· Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile:

· 5+ years of mandatory experience in furniture retail, preferably in premium or organized furniture brands.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and retain talent.

· Proven track record in achieving sales targets, profitability, and operational efficiency.

· Deep understanding of furniture products, layouts, and customer preferences.

· Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Hands-on expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.

· Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and implementing corrective actions.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
