Store Manager (Pizza and Thickshakes)

You will be responsible for managing the outlet, including areas like Customer Service, Cash Management, Staff Management, Housekeeping & Hygiene as per the policy of the Company. Your main goal will be to achieve the sales target set by the company. You will need to respond to customer queries, take their feedback, and make a list of areas of improvement based on their feedback. Additionally, you will schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances. You should greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise from customers or staff members such as complaints or grievances. Training store cashiers and other staff members will also be part of your responsibilities. Planning and assigning daily workloads to outlet associates, maintaining the outlet facility clean and safe, and ensuring zero stock out situations are also crucial tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets - Responding to customer queries and feedback - Scheduling maintenance and repairs for kitchen appliances - Training store cashiers and staff members - Planning and assigning daily workloads - Maintaining outlet cleanliness and safety - Managing stock levels to prevent stock out situations - Managing P&L statement and tracking food costs - Tracking top and low running items and recommending offers - Ensuring consistent implementation of Dessertino culture - Depositing daily collections in the bank account - Organizing special events and entertainments - Performing additional store manager duties as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of total work experience required - 2 years of experience in hotel management required - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu required You will also be responsible for organizing special events and entertainments to attract more customers and performing any additional store manager duties as needed.
