Job Description

 Responsible for managing the outlet including areas like Customer Service, CashManagement, Staff Management, Housekeeping & Hygiene as per the policyof theCompany.  Responsible for achieving the sales target.  Responding to customer queries, taking their feedbacks and making a list of areas of improvements as per customer feedback.  Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances.  Greets customers, answers questions and resolves all issues that arise fromcustomersor staff members. (complaints, grievances, etc.)  Responsible for training of store cashiers and other staff members.  Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.  Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.  Stock Management - To ensure Zero Stock Out situations at the outlet.  Manage P&L statement of the outlet.  Track Standard Cost V/s. Actual Cost and manage the food cost.  Track top running items, low running items and recommend the offers and marketing plan of the outlet.  Ensure that the culture of Dessertino is consistently implemented by outlet team.  Ensure all the collection of the day is deposited in the bank account on daily basis. MIS and reporting.  Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.  Additional store manager duties as needed.
