Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals by motivating and guiding the store team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness/organization.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in retail/store management or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
