Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stores Manager to oversee material management, stock control, documentation, and day-to-day store operations at our Narol location. The ideal candidate must have strong material knowledge, good coordination skills, and experience working with ERP and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including receipt, issue, and storage of construction materials.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials in ERP.
• Conduct stock verification, inventory audits, and maintain minimum stock levels.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and purchase department for material requirements.
• Ensure proper material handling, tagging, stacking, and storage as per standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports in Excel.
• Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage or misuse.
• Handle GRN, MRN, DC, and other store documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety inside the store area.
• Ensure timely issue of materials as per project requirements.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, and consumables.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years (preferably in a Real Estate or Construction company)
• Material Knowledge: Engineering background preferred
• Two-Wheeler: Mandatory
• Location: Candidates residing in/near Narol preferred
• Languages: Basic English, Gujarati & Hindi
• ERP: Must have hands-on working experience
• Microsoft Excel: Proficient
• Age: 25–40 years (flexible if candidate fits all criteria)
• Gender: Male candidates only

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,274.57 - ₹22,000.21 per month
