We are expanding our team in North TN and looking for talented professionals ready to grow with us. Vacancies in Gudiyatham for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers. Also openings in Thiruvannamalai and Uthangarai, Krishnagiri.

Position Overview

The Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager will oversee the daily store operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in supermarket.

***SuperMarket Experience is Compulsory****

(Supermarket/grocery experience is compulsory for selection)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store during your shift
• Manage floor operations, staff deployment, and customer service
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control
• Supervise cash counters and ensure billing accuracy
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain store hygiene, safety and compliance standards
• Support Store Manager in driving sales & achieving targets
• Guide, mentor and motivate store associates

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 3-4years of experience in Supermarket (Store managers)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supermarket (Asst Store managers)
Experience in handling store operations and team supervisionStrong knowledge of merchandising, inventory & customer handlingBasic education is also considered.
