Job Description

As a Sales Associate, your role involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining an excellent work ethic and utilizing effective time management skills. You will be responsible for developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays, as well as ensuring adherence to SOP and store etiquette. Additionally, you will assist the store manager in stock management and maintaining accurate records. Your key responsibilities will include working towards monthly or annual sales targets by inviting customers to the outlet, introducing them to the concept of MYOP, and demonstrating and presenting products. You will support customers in identifying the right perfume, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, conduct stock audits, handle DSR and store closing procedures, as well as place stock requests to the Head Office and validate and receive stock.
