Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Managing Staff: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, scheduling, and performance management.  Customer Service: Providing excellent service, resolving customer issues, and building positive relationships.  Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels, ordering new merchandise, and managing inventory effectively.  Sales and Marketing: Developing strategies to meet sales targets, creating promotional materials, and increasing customer traffic.  Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean Skills Required: Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team Communication: Effective communication with both customers and staff, both written and verbal.  Customer Service: Providing excellent service, handling complaints, and building positive customer relationships.  Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to staff, inventory, or customer service.  Business Acumen: Understanding of retail operations, sales strategies Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining a well-organized store.
