Job Description

Salon Manager Job Responsibilities Staff Management Hiring, training, and scheduling salon staff (stylists, beauticians, front desk). Conducting performance reviews and setting goals. Ensuring high team morale and professionalism. Customer Service Greeting and assisting clients, resolving complaints politely. Maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction. Managing appointments and walk-ins efficiently. Sales & Marketing Promoting services, retail products, and monthly offers. Overseeing loyalty programs and upselling treatments. Using social media or local advertising to attract customers. Inventory & Supplies Managing inventory of products (shampoos, colors, spa supplies). Ordering products before stock runs out. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the salon space. Financial & Admin Tasks Managing the daily cash register, billing, and staff payments. Preparing reports (sales, profit, staff performance). Controlling operational costs and improving efficiency. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
