Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily store operations and ensure premium customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
  • Handle inventory, stock audits, and gold/cash management.
  • Train and supervise staff on sales, product knowledge, and Tanishq service standards.
  • Maintain store ambience, visual merchandising, and brand SOPs.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with HO teams.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of retail/luxury/jewellery experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
  • Understanding of jewellery operations, billing, and stock control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
