Role Overview The Lifestyle Manager at PlusCash will be the bridge between finance and lifestyle. This role combines brand storytelling, café experience design, podcast management, and PR strategy creating an ecosystem where clients don’t just invest, but connect emotionally with their financial journey. You’ll shape how PlusCash feels from the ambiance of our café, to the tone of our podcast, to the way our brand partners engage with us. Key Responsibilities 1. Café Experience & Brand Environment Curate and manage the overall PlusCash Café environment ensuring it reflects warmth, sophistication, and financial mindfulness. Coordinate events, conversations, and client experiences within the café (book readings, finance talks, women & money circles, brand pop-ups, etc.). Work closely with the design and operations team to maintain the aesthetic and experiential quality of the space. Partner with luxury, lifestyle, and F&B brands for co-branded experiences. 2. Podcast & Content Management Oversee the PlusCash Podcast end-to-end guest curation, coordination, scripting, recording, and publishing. Build a content calendar aligning with brand themes (finance, aspirations, lifestyle, human stories). Liaise with video editors, sound designers, and social media teams for timely and high-quality releases. Support PR through strategic guest collaborations that enhance visibility and credibility. 3. Public Relations & Brand Collaborations● Create and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and brand partners in finance, luxury, and lifestyle. Draft and manage press releases, media kits, and brand decks for PlusCash collaborations. Coordinate with internal marketing teams for cross-channel storytelling (website, newsletter, café, and podcast). Help shape brand perception through consistent tone, visuals, and presence in curated experiences. 4. Community & Client Engagement Be the face of the PlusCash Café for visitors, clients, and collaborators. Build a community of investors, creators, and thinkers who resonate with thePlusCash philosophy. Support in hosting events, panels, and intimate discussions that connect wealth and wellness. Skills & Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in Design, PR, brand management, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing. Strong aesthetic sense and passion for curated experiences. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Exposure to luxury brands, wellness, or financial/lifestyle storytelling preferred. Comfortable managing creative teams, vendors, and public-facing events. Ability to work independently with a founder-led team in a fast-paced environment.
