Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role located in Jodhpur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing store performance. The Store Manager will lead and motivate the store team, manage inventory, uphold store standards, and implement strategies to prevent retail loss. Additional responsibilities include training staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in retail management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Have good knowledge related to designs and fabrics and retail store
