Job Title: Store Manager – Pammi’s National Bakery

Location: Bathinda, Punjab

Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Salary: ₹13,000 to 15000 per month

About Us:
Pammi’s National Bakery is a well-known bakery brand in Bathinda, offering premium cakes, pastries, and baked goods. We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the factory for timely supply.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards.
• Prepare basic daily sales and expense reports.
• Train and motivate store staff for better performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, bakery, or food service management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and billing.
• Ability to work long shifts and manage staff effectively.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with experience.
