Job Summary We are hiring an experienced and passionate Continental Chef to prepare high-quality dishes from various international cuisines including Italian, French, Mexican, and Asian. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver consistent taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Continental dishes including Italian, French, Mexican, and Asian cuisines . Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock rotation. Collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Contribute to new recipe development and menu planning. Train and support junior kitchen staff when required. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of international cooking styles and kitchen techniques. Culinary diploma or certificate (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen. Team player with good communication and leadership skills. Passion for innovation in food and plating.
