Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Work Location: In person Schedule: Day shift ,Full time and Part Time , Weekend availability Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and driving sales and performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Staff Management · Supervise, schedule, and train counter staff, bakers, and helpers · Foster a positive work environment · Resolve employee issues and ensure adherence to company policies 2. Customer Service · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service · Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally · Build and maintain relationships with regular customers 3. Sales & Performance · Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving monthly targets · Implement promotions and upselling strategies · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports 4. Inventory & Stock Control · Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed · Reduce wastage and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices · Maintain accurate stock and purchase records 5. Store Maintenance & Hygiene · Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times · Enforce food safety and hygiene standards · Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors 6.
