Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent customer service to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and arrange on-time inventory refills.
Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and overall cleanliness.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints efficiently.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance appraisals.
Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in the store.
Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions to drive customer engagement.
Ensure loss prevention measures are followed and store assets are secure.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience in Apparels field (Sales)

Gender Preference: Male

Qualification: Plus Two (Minimum)

Pay: 15,000-20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
