Job Summary:

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Store Management

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained and fully operational.

Sales & Customer Service

• Drive store sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Train and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle escalated customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely ordering, and minimize stock-outs or overstock.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain product freshness and manage expiry dates, especially for perishable or seasonal beverages.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to meet business needs.
• Foster a positive team environment and motivate employees to perform at their best.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate records including sales reports, inventory logs, and staff schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in the beverages, FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of beverage products (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and industry trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling promotional campaigns or tastings (especially for Non-alcoholic beverages).
• Familiarity with licensing laws and local alcohol regulations.
• Inventory management software experience (SAP).
