Position Description – Store Manager Company: Harish Bakers & Confectioners Pvt. Ltd. Location: Narsingpur, Sector 35, Gurgaon Position: Store Manager Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years CTC: Starting from ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable as per skills and interview) Role OverviewThe Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, supervising staff, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Supervise, train, and motivate store staff. Maintain inventory and stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and expenses. Implement company policies and procedures in the store. Ensure proper display, merchandising, and upkeep of the store. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in retail/store management (preferably in food, bakery, or FMCG sector). Strong leadership and people management skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred. CompensationCTC starting from ₹35,000 per month. Final salary package will be based on skills, experience, and performance in the interview.
