Store Manager

Job Description: Store Manager-Male

As a Store Manager he will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations.

This includes staffing, training, inventory management, and customer service. He will

work to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, all while ensuring the

highest standards of store presentation and employee performance.

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day operations and staff

2. Develop and implement sales strategies

3. Monitor inventory levels and order new stock

4. Ensure exceptional customer service

5. Train, motivate, and mentor store employees

6. Handle customer complaints and feedback

7. Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

8. Prepare reports on sales and other metrics

9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

10. Coordinate promotional activities and events

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a store manager in retail

2. Experience in the jewelry industry is highly desired

3. Effective leadership and people management skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

6. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints

7. Knowledge of inventory management principles

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
