Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Selam who will oversee daily operations of the store. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, implementing loss prevention strategies, and maintaining store appearance. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for customer service and communication to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction, customer service, and communication skills
• Store management and retail loss prevention skills
• Experience in retail sales will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management software is preferred
• Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
• Candidates from Calicut area is preferred

Salary

• Salary is not a concern for good candidates.
• Salary up to Rs.25,000/- per month, incentives will be in additional.
