Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role located in Coimbatore. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing personnel, effectively controlling stock, and maintaining the quality of the store. They will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust customer service plan and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for mitigating retail loss prevention and promoting the store's product offerings.

Qualifications

• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and retail management software
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience in retail management or customer service roles

Salary

• The selected candidate will be provided a salary of Rs.22000/- initially.
• Incentives will be provided after 3 months.
• Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
