Store Manager

Store Manager Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Weekly Off: Sunday Public Holidays: Half-day work About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers, quick to learn, and willing to take ownership of the store’s smooth functioning. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized environment Maintain accurate inventory records and handle stock replenishment Perform billing, order generation, and basic auditing Handle customer queries politely and professionally Use MS Excel and store software for reporting and tracking Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams Ensure proper documentation and timely communication through email Skills & Requirements Good knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and email Ability to type in English and Hindi Experience or understanding of inventory management and billing Basic mathematical and analytical skills Quick learner – will be trained on two store management software systems Must have a valid driving license Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a sense of responsibility Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Prior experience in store management or retail operations Ability to multitask and handle light administrative duties We believe in creating a friendly work environment and value people who are eager to grow with us.
