Back Office Executive

Office & Operations Executive Location: Jaipur Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and versatile Office & Operations Executive who can efficiently manage office work, inventory, and operational tasks. The role requires someone who is efficient with MS Office, Excel, and digital tools as well as handling day-to-day operational work like receiving, dispatch, stock management, and audits. Key Responsibilities: Office & Documentation Generate bills, invoices, and delivery challans. Maintain and update stock registers and records. File, organize, and maintain office documents. Send and draft professional emails. Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for emails, reports, and content support. Register orders and handle calls. Inventory & Dispatch Receive goods and enter them into stock registers. Maintain online inventory software (training will be provided). Dispatch and prepare material for delivery. Oversee and aid in loading/unloading of goods in the warehouse. Field Operations Visit retail outlets as required for stock audit and reporting. Oversee and handle in-store deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse and outlets to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proficiency in MS Office & Excel (mandatory). Ability to learn and use inventory software & AI tools. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good communication skills (written & spoken). Ability to handle operations, dispatch, and audits independently.
