Looking for a Retail Store Manager for Premium Lifestyle Brand Location: Bangalore. Required Skills: Team Handling, Retail Store Operations, Retail Sales, Store management, Store operations, Store P&L handling/improvement, shrinkage/damage control, maintaining premium brand representation skills, good communication skills, Sales Oriented Designation : Store Manager (preferred from any lifestyle/Luggage industry background) Experience: 4 years in retail sales. Job Location: Multiple Locations in Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service and engagement, Meet Sales goals by training, mentoring, and motivating by providing feedback to sales staffs, Develop and use business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability, Handle complete store operations/admin work and ensure compliance with store/mall policies and procedures, Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, Provide reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc, Propose innovative ideas to increase store sales and engage in customer retention and follow up calls with clients for purchase feedback, Conduct personnel performance check to assess training needs and improve product knowledge for better customer engagement, Handle all transactions related to petty cash, bills, payments, stock movements and settlements, Managing and making sure that the correct mix of merchandise is available at the store, Driving sell through and inventory efficiency, weekly competition tracking, discount management, Ensure Adherence of all SOPs with daily store sales cash/ card settlements/ inventory movement and other store operations. Key Performance Indicators Store/Sales Operations & Profitability Daily, weekly, and monthly sales plan achievements at store level. Sales Analytics, Inventory Analytics, Customer Engagement Analytics. Desired Candidate Profile Sales Driven / Multi-tasking / Store Management skills Business sense and problem-solving skills will be needed along with the ability to meet demanding deadlines. You will also need to have basic excel, POS handling and training skills with you to this position.
