Job Description: Basic & Important : Minimum 4 years of experience as a store Manager with the relevant experience total of 6-8 years in Garment Retail. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and motivation. [ team size 12-15 at least ] Sales & Revenue Growth : Set and achieve sales targets, implement strategies to drive revenue, and analyze performance metrics.[ Store budget 40-60 lac at least ] Customer Experience : Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships. [ Minimum walkin at store 100/day ] Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. [ Inventory level 20000+ pcs and more than 3-4 cr value ] Visual Merchandising : Ensure the store layout and displays align with brand standards and maximize sales potential. Operational Efficiency : Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and compliance with company policies. Financial Management : Handle budgeting, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports. [ P&L understanding ] Staff Development : Conduct training programs, performance reviews, and foster professional growth. Loss Prevention : Implement security measures to prevent theft and fraud. Community Engagement : Represent the brand in the local community and explore partnership opportunities [ Knowledge about the current brand ] Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in store management, preferably in luxury or premium retail . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales reports and manage budgets effectively [ retail matrix ] Passion for high-end brands and customer-centric approach.
