Role of Store Manager:A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Profitability: Achieve store sales targets and KPIs. Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed. Plan and implement promotional strategies. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Create staff schedules and delegate tasks. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain optimum stock levels and reduce shrinkage. Conduct regular stock audits and manage deliveries. Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports. Report to area or regional managers on store performance.
