STORE KEEPER

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and monitor stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory at all times.

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

· Properly store goods and ensure they are issued accurately and on time.

· Maintain systematic records of receipts, issues, and returns in the inventory system.

· Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

· Ensure safe handling and storage of materials following company standards.

· Coordinate with procurement and accounts team regarding shortages, damages, and reorders.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.

· Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation.

· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store area.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and store operations.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Inventory software.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

· Effective communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s/Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Store Keeper/Store Executive in a similar role.

· Experience in [Industry, e.g., Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG] will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
