We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in retail management, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the store including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales performance.
Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular stock audits and manage stock replenishment.
Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.

Skills and Qualifications
