A combined Store and Relationship Executive role involves managing store operations like inventory and logistics, while also building customer loyalty through direct engagement. Key duties include handling inventory and records, maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.  Store Executive responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory, including receiving, issuing, and storing products. Perform daily reconciliation of received products against purchase orders. Keep accurate records of all store activities, potentially using spreadsheets or inventory management software. Ensure store cleanliness, product arrangement, and displays are maintained. Handle basic billing and support general store operations. Conduct price comparisons and manage returns Relationship Executive responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them and assisting with their needs. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction. Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Conduct follow-up calls to check on customer satisfaction after a sale.
