Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain market share.

2. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge.

3. Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive store displays, visual merchandising, and effective product showcasing.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and product assortment.

6. Security and Loss Prevention: Ensure store security, prevent losses, and maintain a safe working environment.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in gold jewellery or luxury goods.

2. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.

3. Sales and Marketing: Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of gold jewellery, including designs, trends, and market dynamics.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Desired Skills:

1. Jewellery Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with jewellery industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.

2. Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management software and systems.

3. Team Building: Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
